Benefits of caraway seeds , a variety of studies that have been done of health researchers from various places in the world . They found that , herbs are not only useful as a food flavoring , but also as an ingredient in traditional medicines , which are able to cure various health problems and diseases that are harmful .
There are some herbs that we find , especially in the kitchen . Most of the ingredients in the kitchen can be made in herbal medicine . Here I will discuss one by one .
caraway seeds ( cumin seeds )
The mothers must be very familiar with this one ingredient . There are several types of juniper that can be found in your kitchen . Black cumin ( nigella sativa ) and white cumin ( Cuminum cyminum ) is commonly used as a spice in food . Both of these types of cumin possess different properties , so the benefits are different . materials needed :
a. one tablespoon of cumin seeds
b . one red onion
c . 7 pieces cubeb seeds
d . 6 pieces of betel leaf.
How to make : all the ingredients mashed together until smooth , add 4 tablespoons of hot water , then wring out the filter on . drink every morning and evening regularly.
2 . Menstruation non current
The materials needed :
a. One tablespoon of cumin seeds.
b . 2 cloves dried bean
c . Half a nutmeg
d . 1 turmeric rhizome
e . 1 cardamom seeds
f . 1 piece of palm sugar
g . 1 tablespoon granulated sugar/
h . 2 leaves Nyctanthes arbor-tristis
How to make : all the ingredients are boiled in 2 and a half cups of water until boiling , then filtered . In drinking 5 days prior to the date of menstruation .
3 . Insomnia
The materials needed :
a. 1 tsp cumin seeds.
b . 3 pieces of kale.
c . 2 leaves of gotu kola ( Centella asiaticad ).
d. Half teaspoon of coriander.
How to make : all the ingredients boiled together , with 2 cups to boil , until the remaining approximately one cup . Then filtered and drink before bed .
